At the backdrop of increased police presence in Sofia on the 76th day of anti-government protests, the so-called "Great People's Uprising - 3" has started.

Protesters put up posters on the fence in front of the US embassy in the capital city, criticizing US support for the Prosecutor General. The posters read: "Geshev is a disgrace - Resignation", "Take the support away from Geshev", "You have approved Geshev, take him with you".

Bulgarians living abroad have sent a new letter to European People's Party President Donald Tusk and to the party's group chair in the European Parliament, Manfred Weber. It contains questions about the party's position on the crisis in Bulgaria and the party's support for the Bulgarian government.
