Black Sea resort of Albena reports profit despite crisis

Albena complex evaluates the strategy for low prices of sunbeds and umbrellas as a winning one. According to executive director Krassimir Stanev, in the previous summer season the high prices drove many of the domestic tourists to Greece.

This year, however, their drastic price reduction has attracted more tourists. That is why prices are expected to remain low next year, too. The complex also reports a profit when renting them in a situation of reduced beach concession fee.
