The majority of Bulgarians say that the economic situation is serious and that the growing prices worry them and they do not trust the government or parliament, a European Commission survey from the end of July says.
Asked what worries them the most, 43% of Bulgarians say the economic situation, and 37% - rising prices. According to 82% the economic situation in the country is very bad, 53% say that the financial situation of their family is not good.
An average of 64% respondents in the EU say the economic situation in their countries is bad, and 28% worry about their family finances. 49% of the respondents in the EU expect the situation to grow worse in the next 12 months, in Bulgaria this percentage is 43, the BTA reports.
