Bulgaria challenges Mobility Package at the EU Court of Justice

Two weeks ago, Bulgaria approached the EU Court of Justice over the Mobility Package, MEP from the European People’s Party Andrey Novakov announced. In an interview for Horizont channel of BNR he specified that Poland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Cyprus probably did the same.

In Andrey Novakov’s view, the court is expected to rule on this issue within one year. He reminded that the rule on the return of trucks will become applicable 18 months after the entry into force of the legal acts.
