Decarbonisation is a great opportunity for Europeans. But decarbonisation policies also involve a number of risks - social, economic, political, Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev said at an online conference on the topic of "Climate Policy and the Green Deal - Challenges and Opportunities".

"Energy transition" and the "green transition" are big topics in regions with concentration of electricity production from coal. These are the districts of Pernik, Kyustendil and Stara Zagora, Donchev said.
