62% of Bulgarians say that they will buy presents, which is a decline of 7 percent compared to 2019. 28%, most of them elderly people, will not be buying gifts. 48% of people experience financial difficulties during Christmas and New Year. 57% of respondents, mostly young people, said they would not change their plans because of the pandemic, and 17% had no plans yet.
