Changes in the manner and strategy of pandemic management are needed, as the results are not satisfactory. An exact balance will be sought between the adequacy of health measures, the continuation of the vaccination plan at the required pace and the support for Bulgarian businesses with an emphasis on small and medium enterprises. This was stated by the caretaker Prime Minister Stefan Yanev in an interview with BNT.
According to him, "it takes time to put the state in order, after the state administration has been found in a state of chaos." The society will soon be informed about the new economic strategy prepared by the government, he said.
In the interview, the caretaker Prime Minister confirmed the information about wiretapping of opposition politicians. More specific information is expected after the results of the inspections undertaken.
