More foreign tourists are expected to arrive in Bulgaria after mid-June. Tourism remains among the sectors that have been most severely affected by the coronavirus epidemic, said Svetlana Atanasova, chairwoman of the Bulgarian Association of Travel Agents (BATA).
"When the tourism industry was functioning normally, it contributed to more than 16% of this country’s gross domestic product", commented Svetlana Atanasova.
