The rise in the prices of natural gas and oil will inevitably push up the price of central heating and hot water, Ivan Ivanov, chairman of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission stated.
Adding to this the dramatic rise in the price of carbon emissions, prices are going to go up considerably.
