Bulgaria to add North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Ireland and USA to travel red list

As of September 1, foreign students in possession of a Type D visa arriving from red list countries will be allowed on Bulgarian territory, reads an order issued by this country’s caretaker Minister of Health Stoycho Katsarov.

As of September 1, Bulgaria is to put North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Kazakhstan, the USA, Saint Lucia, the Federation Saint Kitts and Nevis and Ireland on the travel red list.

Meanwhile, Germany, Estonia, Croatia, Italy and San Marino are to move from the green list to the amber list. Romania will move to the green list.
