BIA: The condition for percentage of vaccinated employees and clients is discrimination

Photo: Archive

The Bulgarian Industrial Association insists on clear mechanisms for compensations for those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and to assess the effectiveness of the anti-epidemic measures applied so far. This was stated by the institution in response to the opinion requested by the Minister of Health regarding the position of the state health inspector on the need to apply strict measures to combat the coronavirus. According to BIA, the topic of business compensation depends on the updating of the state budget, and given the current uncertainty, the introduction of ad-hoc restrictions is unjustified.

BIA emphasizes that setting a condition for the percentage of vaccinated workers and clients is discriminatory.
