Rumen Spetsov, head of the National Revenue Agency neither confirmed nor denied that the Agency was investigating whether Lukoil is evading taxes in this country. In an interview for Nova TV he stated that the Agency was investigating a Russian oil company which has declared losses in this country and profits in offshore zones.
