Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev and his Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda have discussed over the phone the threats the Ukraine war poses to Eastern Europe.
Two million people fleeing the war have already sought refuge in Poland. Tens of thousands of Ukrainians are in Poland’s neighboring countries.
