Hurricane-force winds peaking at 160 km/h caused huge damages in the town of Vratsa (Northwestern Bulgaria) and the nearby villages. Partial power outage also occurred. The strong wind left 13 villages in Pazardzhik region, as well as the sporting facility at Belmeken without power.
