After the lifting of the extraordinary epidemic situation, as of today, 1 April, many companies plan to retain the hybrid work model. Even though the requirement that no less than 50% of the staff work remotely is no longer in place, the decision is up to the employers. Most businesses have opted to keep the hybrid model of work, combining in-office with home office work. The pandemic made working from home a necessity, and it is high time this new form was given the necessary legal framework, employers say.

Ten days after the epidemic situation is scrapped children in Sofia have to return to crèches and kindergartens. If they do not, they will lose their place in the nursery facilities, Sofia municipality’s “Education” directorate says.
