Weather forecast for Bulgaria for 11 August 2022

Cloudy skies and rain expected, sunshine along the Black Sea coast

On Thursday, rain will stop over Northern Bulgaria and the clouds will break. Over Western and Central Bulgaria intermittent showers with thunder are expected in the afternoon hours. Rainfall will be more significant in the Rila and Rhodope Mountains and the Western Upper Thracian lowland. Hail is possible.
Daytime highs tomorrow will be between 26 and 31°C, in Sofia - 25°C.
It will be sunny along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The wind will subside. Maximum temperatures will be 28-30°C. Sea water is at 26-27°C. The sea state will be up to 3 points.
The weather will not be favourable for hiking in the mountains. After lunch it will rain and thunder. The maximum temperatures at 1200 m will be 21°C, at 2,000 m - up to 13°C.
On Friday it will rain only in the southwest.
