Bulgaria’s caretaker Minister of Justice Krum Zarkov held an online meeting with European Commission officials to discuss of National Recovery and Resilience Plan and reforms related to the rule of law. Minister Zarkov noted that the caretaker government is preparing the legislative package for the next National Assembly.
