Bulgaria’s caretaker Minister of Justice Krum Zarkov held an online meeting with European Commission officials to discuss of National Recovery and Resilience Plan and reforms related to the rule of law. Caretaker Deputy Prime Minister for EU Funds Management Atanas Pekanov also participated at the meeting.
Minister Zarkov noted that the caretaker government is preparing the legislative package for the next National Assembly. Thus, the new government will be able to adopt the new anti-corruption package by the end of 2022.
