By a decision of the caretaker government, Bulgaria is to send 350 medical kits of dressing materials to Ukraine to assist the medical care of 35,000 people. The donation comes in response to a request by the Ukrainian side, said caretaker Defence Minister Dimitar Stoyanov.

The Bulgarian Ministry of Defence says they believe that one of the top priorities in any armed conflict is to provide adequate medical care to the wounded.
