Bulgaria reports 4 Covid-related deaths in past day, pandemic indicators increase

685 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past day, 36 down on the previous day. 12.7% of 5,383 tests came back positive, Single Coronavirus Information Portal data show. 59.1% of the new Covid-19 cases are among the unvaccinated.

The number of active cases of coronavirus infection increased with 326 to 10,141. 97 people have been admitted to hospital. 67 of them, or 69%, were not vaccinated. The number of hospitalized patients increased with 11 to 636, as 49 patients are in intensive care units.

4 Covid-related deaths have been reported in the past day. 355 people have been reported cured. 1,971 vaccine dozes were administered on Thursday.
