Survey: 58% of Bulgarians believe that 2023 will be worse than 2022

At the end of 2022, GERB party maintains its leading position and is supported by 23.4% of the respondents, a survey of Alfa Research agency shows. "We Continue the Change" comes second with 17.7%. For the first time, the party’s disapproval rating exceeds 50%. The Movement for Rights and Freedoms is third with 10.4%. "Vazrazhdane" is supported by 10% of the respondents, followed by the Bulgarian Socialist Party - 8.5%. The support for "Democratic Bulgaria" coalition is 6.5%, followed by "Bulgarian Rise" - 4.3%. Voter turnout would stand at 35% if elections were held today. 15.2% are undecided whether they would cast their vote. 

Bulgaria’s National Assembly has an approval rating of 7% and a disapproval rating of 63%. 57% of the polled expect new early elections. 

58% of Bulgarians believe that 2023 will be worse than 2022.
