Former energy minister Alexander Nikolov is involved in concluding contracts in violation of the law

During the time of Alexander Nikolov as Minister of Energy, gas supply contracts were concluded that did not comply with the Bulgarian Energy Act. The current minister, Rosen Hristov, testified before the prosecutor's office that for the majority of supply contracts for less than 12 months, the competitive procedures recorded in the Law were not followed. 

The Ministry of Energy has provided the prosecution with a lot of documentation, along with Bulgargaz.
