Bulgarians account for 70% of the tourists in the winter resorts, caretaker Minister of Tourism Ilin Dimitrov said for the BNT. The winter season has been successful although it has been difficult. However, the ski runs were in good condition and hosted the World Cup competitions, Minister Dimitrov noted. 1.4 million tourists were registered in Bulgarian winter resorts, which is 28% more as compared to the previous winter season and 5% more than 2019.
