OSCE observers monitor elections

The snap elections for the 49th National Assembly are being closely monitored by observers from the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe. 
The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) team is also in the country to monitor the situation of bomb threats in recent days. 
They were invited by the Bulgarian authorities, the ODIHR website reported.
