Busy traffic at borders with Romania, Greece and Serbia

Outbound truck traffic at Vidin and Kardam at the Bulgaria-Romania border is busy. At the border crossing in Ruse outbound car traffic is also busy, the Border Police announced. 

There is busy inbound and outbound car traffic at the Kulata-Promachonas checkpoint and the Makaza border crossing on the Bulgaria-Greece border. The Makaza, Zlatograd and Ivaylovgrad border checkpoints at the Bulgaria-Greece border are open for cars and minibuses only. Border Police advises motorists to also use the other border checkpoints at the Bulgaria-Greece border- Ilinden, Zlatograd, Ivaylovgrad and Kapitan Petko Voivoda. Outbound car traffic at the Kalotina border crossing at the Bulgaria-Serbia border is intense. Traffic at the border crossings with North Macedonia and Turkiye is normal.
