Politicians from the ruling parties reproach President Radev for his speech at Shipka

In connection with the official speech of the President Rumen Radev at the celebration of the epic battles at Shipka, GERB wrote on its official Facebook page that democracy cannot be defended with hypocrisy, nor can statehood be preserved with division and with a constantly raised fist.

Ivaylo Mirchev, the deputy from "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria", wrote that the president used the anniversary of the Shipka epopee to deploy his political platform of division. "Unification is not a single revolutionary act, but a daily effort to find common ground and understand important things, even with those who do not share your opinion, but are your fellow citizens," emphasizes Mirchev.

"Democratic Bulgaria" also expressed a position on Facebook and pointed out that the risk of inconclusive elections and governance distancing Bulgaria from Europe are the reasons for forming a government with their biggest opponent.
