The highest shares of people unable to keep their home adequately warm in the EU in 2022 were registered in Bulgaria, 22.5%, indicate latest Eurostat data for 2022.
In contrast, Finland reported the lowest shares - 1.4%. On average, 9.3% of the EU population declared that they were not able to keep their home adequately warm.
