The village of Malinovo, Lovech region, brings together guests from all over the country for the traditional Baklava Festival. The competition exhibition features nearly 25 different types of baklava made by local culinary experts. "This celebration aims to unite people, because there are two ethnic groups in the village- Turks and Bulgarians.
