Weather will be cloudy but warmer than usual for February

On Monday there will be significant cloudiness with a chance of isolated showers in Western Bulgaria. There will be light to moderate easterly and southeasterly wind. The lowest temperatures will range from 5°C to 10°C, for Sofia around 6°C. Daytime highs will be between 14°C and 19°C, for Sofia around 14°C.

Over the mountains it will be mostly cloudy and foggy. It some mountain massifs in Western Bulgaria there will be rain. It will snow above 1,800 meters. There will be moderate southerly and southwesterly wind. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters 9°C, at 2,000 meters- around 2°C.

Over the Black Sea coast it will be mostly cloudy. There will be moderate easterly and southeasterly wind. Maximum temperatures will range from 9°C-12°C. The temperature of the seawater is 7°C-8°C. Sea state 3.
