President Rumen Radev to host the traditional Iftar dinner

President Rumen Radev will host the traditional Iftar dinner to mark the beginning of the Muslims’ holy month of Ramadan. Representatives of the Muslim community, other basic denominations, diplomats, public figures and figures from the spheres of culture, education and science have been invited to attend the Iftar dinner.

Bulgaria’s head of state hosts the Iftar dinner to show respect for the significance of the religious traditions and customs of Bulgarian Muslims, the President’s press secretariat said.

Vice President Iliana Iotova will also attend the Iftar dinner.
