Nikolova and Kaleyn lead the World Cup in Sofia

Magdalena Minevska, Sofia Ivanova, Kamelia Petrova, Rachel Stoyanov and Margarita Vassileva will be playing in the hoop final.

Bulgarians Stiliana Nikolova and Boryana Kaleyn are leading the ranking at the World Cup in Rhythmic Gymnastics in Sofia. So far Stiliana is in first place, Boryana in second and Italian Sofia Raffaelli in third.

After the hoop and ball routines, the two Bulgarians secured their places in the finals of these disciplines.

The Bulgarian ensemble didn't get off to such a good start, finishing seventh after mistakes in the five-hoop routine. The best performing teams were Israel, Italy and Brazil.

Despite their disappointing performance, Magdalena Minevska, Sofia Ivanova, Kamelia Petrova, Rachel Stoyanov and Margarita Vassileva will be playing in the hoop final.

The winners of the individual and team all-around competitions will be announced today.

Special guest at the World Championships will be the President of the International Gymnastics Federation, Morinari Watanabe.
