''I am ready for a dialogue with the president at any time, as I have done so far'', said caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev regarding the proposed changes in the composition of the caretaker cabinet. ''The responsibility for the ministers I propose is entirely mine. If there are other views on the issue, whoever thwarts the proposed ministers will take responsibility. As you can see, everyone is trying to shirk responsibility.
