President Radev awards distinguished businessmen and philanthropists

President Rumen Radev awarded the Stara Planina Order to the owner of Geotechmin Professor Tsolo Vutov, the owner of Minstroy Holding Professor Nikolay Valkanov and the owner of Svilosa Krasimir Dachev for their contributions to Bulgaria’s economic development.

Professor Lalko Dulevski received an Order for Civil Merit, First Class, for contributing to a stronger Economic and Social Council as a democratic institution. Associate Professor Nikola Dobrev was awarded the President's Badge of Honor for his outstanding achievements in the field of metallurgy and the management of the non-ferrous metals plant in Plovdiv, as well as for his benefactor activity in support of Bulgarian culture and art.
