Since the beginning of the summer tourist season on the Black Sea coast, more than 170 inspections have been carried out and six violations have been detected, four of which have been the subject of administrative acts, said in Burgas Ivan Videlov, head of the Directorate of Control and Inspection Activities at the Ministry of Tourism.

"We have reacted to all the signals and carried out checks. I assure you that the beaches are in perfect condition, as evidenced by the relatively small number of irregularities found," Ivan Videlov added.

Unguarded beaches turned into private property, uncleaned sandy strips and missing categorization of restaurants are some of the violations found. Another unfair practice forces people on the beach to pay for a set - an umbrella plus a sun lounger or a table plus a beach umbrella.

The inspections on the Black Sea coast will continue throughout the season, assured the representative of the Ministry of Tourism.
