A plasterboard ceiling of a wedding hall came crashing down on top of 150 guests in Kardzhali. At the time of the incident – 7.30 PM – there was heavy rain over Kardzhali. “All of a sudden water started pouring out of the openings for the lamps, and minutes later the ceiling came crashing down. People were pushing against one another to get out,” one witness told Radio Kardzhali, BNR.
