Varvara Kite Festival includes master classes, photo exhibition and summer cinema for children. The fourth edition will be held on August 18 and 19 in the resort village of Varvara, the organizers announced. The event is organized with the support of the Ministry of Tourism and is part of the Via Pontica International Kite Festival.
