Minister Tsokov has two weeks to respond, a European Commission spokesperson said, after which the Commission “will analyse whether the legislation is aligned with EU law.” A letter to Minister of Education Galin Tsokov on the matter was sent by European Commissioner for Equality, Helena Dalli on 13 August.
