The Speaker of the National Assembly, Raya Nazaryan, would convene an extraordinary session if one-fifth of the MPs proposed specific topics and points of discussion.
In Kyustendil, where she is a guest of the Fertility Festival, Raya Nazaryan said that the rules allow her to schedule the meeting.
