As of 4pm, the average turnout across the country was 26.25%, according to the Central Election Commission (CEC). This was announced at a briefing by the commission's deputy chairperson and spokesperson, Rositsa Mateva. The highest turnout was in Smolyan, with 32.33%, and the lowest in Sliven, with 20.34%.

In the previous early parliamentary elections on 9 June, turnout was 20.44% by 16.00.

Several complaints and 38 reports have so far been submitted to the CEC during election day. Concerns included the lack of accessibility to voting for people with disabilities and students. There were also several reports about campaigning and the publication of preliminary results on the websites of various platforms, as reported by Rositsa Mateva.
