As of 4pm, the average turnout across the country was 26.25%, according to the Central Election Commission (CEC). This was announced at a briefing by the commission's deputy chairperson and spokesperson, Rositsa Mateva. The highest turnout was in Smolyan, with 32.33%, and the lowest in Sliven, with 20.34%.

In the previous early parliamentary elections on 9 June, turnout was 20.44% by 16.00.

Several complaints and 38 reports have so far been submitted to the CEC during election day. Concerns included the lack of accessibility to voting for people with disabilities and students.
