Bulgarian State Railways presents options for rail travel

Bulgaria abounds with diverse nature and beautiful places that anyone would love to visit even more than once. Many tourist destinations are accessible by train. To assist people looking for options for nature walks or trips to other cities during the weekends, the Bulgarian State Railways has created a special section to provide useful guidance for train travelers. 

The idea is to offer options for round trips within a single day. Train travel options will be offered for each destination. Interesting facts about the location will be presented through a brief descriptive text, photos and videos. The section begins symbolically with a visit to the old bridge over the Maritsa River in Svilengrad, which serves as a gateway for entering Bulgaria from Turkiye.
