Speaking to journalists in Parliament, GERB leader Boyko Borissov pointed out that joining the euro area is important for Bulgaria. Boyko Borissov added that until Bulgaria joins the Eurozone, he will show tolerance, but after that, his party's reaction will be quite different.

According to Boyko Borissov, by July Bulgaria should already have a convergence report for the Eurozone. The next budget should also be adopted, which by law should happen in September-October, Boyko Borissov said and added that only then will GERB's reactions become known.
