Rumen Radev to meet with the presidents of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan

President Rumen Radev is leaving for an official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan, BTA reports. The delegation he is leading includes representatives of companies and organizations in the fields of innovation, industry, high technologies, and defence. During the visits, which will take place until June 11, the Bulgarian head of state will hold meetings at the highest level and participate in economic forums.

In Kazakhstan, Rumen Radev will hold talks with President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, after which the two will attend the signing of a memorandum of understanding for the development of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route.

In Uzbekistan, the Bulgarian president will have a meeting with his counterpart Shavkat Mirziyoyev, with whom he will sign a joint statement on strengthening bilateral political dialogue and cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, investments, connectivity, culture, and educational exchange.
