Bulgarian President Rumen Radev is on an official visit to Croatia

Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev is on an official visit to Zagreb, Croatia, at the invitation of his counterpart Zoran Milanović. Among the topics to be discussed at the meeting between the two heads of state is the deepening of bilateral cooperation between Bulgaria and Croatia in the interest of stability and the European perspective of the region. 

The two presidents will also chair the plenary talks between the two official delegations. 

Radev and representatives of the Bulgarian community in Croatia will honor the work of Ivan Vazov in front of the monument to the patriarch of Bulgarian literature, which is located on the Alley of Poets in Bundek Park.

On July 15, the President of Bulgaria will visit the Bulgarian Military Cemetery in Vukovar, where he will pay tribute to the memory of Bulgarian officers and soldiers who died in the final phase of World War II. A visit to the Memorial Cemetery in Vukovar of those who died in the Croatian Patriotic War is also planned.
