Films from 19 countries screened at international short film festival in Varna

The 11th edition of the International Short Film Festival “The Quarantine” is taking place in Varna on the Black Sea, August 5-9, the Bulgarian news agency BTA reports.

34 short films from 19 countries will be screened over 5 nights in the fishing village the “Quarantine” in Asparuhovo residential area. The selection includes feature films, documentaries, cartoons and experimental works from Bulgaria, France, Italy, Spain, South Africa, Canada, Lithuania, Portugal and other countries.

Before the screening there will be concerts on each of the 5 nights. Admission to all screenings and events is free. The organizers provide free transport for the public from the Museum of Archaeology.
