35-year-old mother hit by ATV in Bulgaria's Sunny Beach resort dies in hospital

35-year-old Hristina, who suffered the most severe injuries in the tragic ATV accident in the Bulgarian resort of Sunny Beach, has died in hospital. The tragic news was shared on social networks. Her son, 4-year-old Martin, who was also hit in the crash is still in a coma in Sofia's Pirogov emergency hospital.
For more than two weeks, Hristina's life was artificially maintained after the young woman's brain refused to function, and her heart was artificially maintained with medication.

According to the latest information from the doctors, the life of little Marty is now out of danger, announced his uncle Svetoslav Sokolov and brother of his mother Hristina, quoted by the BNR.

On August 14, 18-year-old Nikola Burgazliev rode an ATV onto a sidewalk in the Sunny Beach resort, hitting and injuring five people. His test has revealed that he had used marijuana.
