The National Assembly approved, at second reading, the loan for the National Electric Company (NEC) for paying the Russian Atomstroyexport for the equipment manufactured for the aborted Belene NPP project, as ruled by the Court of Arbitration.
The aid is for valuable consideration, though neither the specific amount nor the period for discharge is specified.
