In a phone conversation with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev has reaffirmed Bulgaria’s support towards the construction of the Southern Gas Corridor. The purpose of the project which is also supported by the EU is to deliver gas from Azerbaijan through Georgia and Turkey to Greece and Bulgaria and other European countries. Presidents Radev and Aliyev discussed how Azerbaijani companies could participate in the gasification of Bulgarian households.
