Bulgarian carriers register companies abroad because of Mobility Package

Because of the "Mobility" package, carriers of heavy cargo are ready to leave Bulgaria, BNT has reported. Out of 12,000 companies for transportation of goods in Bulgaria, the largest ones already have registrations abroad.

The withdrawal of business, which contributes to 17% of Bulgaria's gross domestic product, coincides with the expected economic downturn in the autumn. Re-registration solves the problem with the 46 percent of vacancy routes that Bulgarian companies would need to carry out if they stayed in Bulgaria.
