Sixty historical, cultural and natural landmarks in the northeastern part of Bulgaria, selected by students vote, will attract young tourists from Bulgaria and Europe with the help of a new mobile app, the Regional Historical Museum in Dobrich has reported.

Six routes have been prepared under the "mAPP my Europe" project of the European program "Erasmus +", which will make tourists acquainted with the Bulgarian Revival, natural wonders, archaeological discoveries, literary heritage, and facts about World War I.

The list of sites includes the "Old Dobrich" Ethnographic Complex, the Military Cemetery-Museum in the city, the historic Kaliakra Cape, the "Palace" in Balchik, the Naval Museum in Varna, and the "Srebarna" Reserve.

"In addition to the mobile application, a book in English has been created for the training of young people and teachers of cultural and historical heritage," Ivelina Romanova from the Dobrich Museum said. The book is available on the project’s website.
